I just got done listening to side one of S. Stills "Manassas" on classic LP. Very punchy and much improved from the noisy original Atlantic vinyl release. Any comments?

Noisy? How so? My 1841 Broadway-label Atlantic copy plays nice 'n quiet ...

Great album.

Ah. In any case, that Classic reissue has been on my "wanted" list for some time ... But if you're a fan of all three members of CSN (as I am), how do you decide which of the many recent Classic reissues to pick up?! (So far I've gone for the first CSN album and Nash's first solo album.)

Plus that Manassas is a double ...

I paid less than $40 for Manassas. I also have Crosby/nash realese. Real Nice! I hope Deja Vu comes out soon!

Is this back on Classic's schedule? I heard it had been delayed, then cancelled. Have there been any updates?

Just sent a message to Tom Port-Better Records . Tom said that he hasn't heard anything.
