I find the Blue Thumb albums very natural sounding and full, and also the Roy Halee produced ABC reunion To The Heart and Jon Mark's "Songs For A Friend". I think these would be ideal candidates for "Hoffmanizing".

What did you think of the John Mayall "Turning Point" deluxe version? Do you have that one?

I had a Polydor LP of that but gave it to a friend. I don't recall giving it much of a listen.

Always loved that album. Both of those artists mentioned are on "Turning Point". Possibly Mayall's best acoustic effort with em'.
