Steve... why S&P have chosen the backkatalog from CCR?

DCC have released mostly all CCR's on Gold... I'm still very impressed from your remasters... they sound so good! But there a lot of good old stuff you've never remastered...

...or a quantity discount from Fantasy?

It might be because Steve & Co. has a great relationship with Fantasy, the need for decent CCR on vinyl is fairly high, and a few titles all at once would definately be a great catalyst for them. I'm sure Fantasy doesn't charge an arm and a leg, and they don't turn up their nose at what Steve and Kevin can do.

The K2 remasters are out, and are very sucessful. The cousin, the "Wooden Box Set" has done OK. Steve's Gold Cds were fairly popular. It's not market saturation, it's a fans love for the music that can never go stale and overplayed.... Unless you're Steve and you're trying to play Cosmos Factory tape #2 for about the 12th time to cut a perfect laquer! Aaaah!

You can't go wrong with CCR. I'm listening to Cosmos Factory as we speak. Ah, the van goes around the corner and stops. The driver asks, "Hey, do you wanna see something REALLY scary?" (Twilight Zone, The movie)

Dudes,

Please note that the Creedence titles are not being released on S&P Records, but on Chad Kassem's Analogue Productions' label, a division of Acoustic Sounds...
