I received a note from Audio Revolution saying that ABKCO will be releasing 22 Rolling Stones albums on SACD. The discs will be in stereo not surround (a good thing in my opinion) and will include the two Hot Rocks greatest hits sets. No word on who will be doing the mastering but ABKCO doesn't have a good track record so we'll have to see. Still this is more good news for those already on the SACD wagon and even more incentive for those like me who have been waiting to decide which of the new formats to go with.
Now if EMI announces the Beatles catalog on SACD, I'm in faster than you can say SONY.

Er, where have you been the last week or two, Dave?

:p

There are about 3 or 4 threads on the topic if you want details. Bob Ludwig is doing the mastering.

Sorry Lukpac - I'm definately not around as much as I should be. I looked for a related thread but only went back a couple of pages. I appologize for posting unnecessarily.

$18.98, so I'd assume places like Best Buy would have them for a few dollars less.
