This thing is loaded, but where is the video for Truganini??? That was E&S&M's lead-off single, at least in the US.

I have never seen the video, great song!! You are right that the DVD is loaded, Midnight Oil is one band whose videos mean something (love the Dreamworld video) and the live stuff is excellent. I would love a complete concert DVD from them.

Yeah...I saw them in concert only once, but they were unbelievable.

:righton: They used to show a concert on the MuchMusic channel recorded in Montreal on the Red Sails tour (before they were well known over here) and it was one of the most energetic shows I have seen.

Someone mentioned this in the music forum several weeks ago; maybe it'll get an R1/NTSC release:

I saw them during their brief heyday at Jones Beach NY and they were awesome live. Great songs and great stage presence.

Best Of Both Worlds is an excellent Cd and DVD combo - the DVD has the "Oils On The Water" (Goat Island, Sydney Harbour, 13th January, 1985) concert as well as the "Saturday Night At The Capitol Theatre" (Capitol Theatre, Sydney, 27th November) concert. The CD has the soundtrack to the Oils On The Water. I hope its released in the US, as the concerts are well worth watching. Peter Garrett looks like a demented marionette in places!

Great DVD. I've had it for sometime. Saw the band twice. First time at a private unplugged gig with about 100 people here in Calgary recorded for radio broadcast in July, 1993. Second time I saw them was about 18 months ago at the University of Calgary on their final tour. (Didn't know that of course, at the time.)

I actually got the radio gig on CD-R as well as the Caglary concert. Midnight Oil were one of those bands that allowed audience recording. Nice to have a live concert on CD that you were in the audience for.
