Hi, in the SH discography Raymond Fairchild & the Maggie Valley Boys 16 All-Time Favorites RHY-260 is not listed in either section of the DCC list, though other Fairchild/Maggie Boy efforts are listed as remastered by Steve. The back cover notes the disc is remastered by Ran Ballard, I'm unfamiliar with this name. It sounds as good as one of Steve's efforts, though. If it's not, who is Mr. Ballard, and where can I check out more of his stuff?

I enjoyed the disc. Instrumental. Banjo, two guitars, bass, harmonica, dobro, fiddle, and what sounds like an unlisted harmonium? Good music, good sound, good time.

I have about 20 Cds from that series. Ran Ballard also worked on the series. I asked Steve this question in this thread:

This should help ya!
