I don't get it, why aren't the MGM Stooges shorts ever on TV? Are they lost? I could've sworn I've seen clips here and there of them over the years. I wish they would throw them on TV or DVD.
Anyone got any inside scoop on why we never see them?

They were in a couple movies but the rest were MGM shorts.
Nertsey Rymes was filmed in 2-strip Tenicolor- I love to see that!

As I mentioned in a previous thread (Colorized Stooges), I have a tape copy of the 1933 Stooges 2 strip Technicolor short "Nertsery Rhymes". This was an MGM release with Ted Healy. There are two big dream sequence song and dance numbers in the short. These were lifted from previous 2 strip Technicolor MGM musicals and intergrated into the Stooges short. I recorded this film many years ago off a now defunct L.A. cable service. They would fill time between movies with just about the whole MGM library of early Technicolor shorts from the 30's. I was able to tape most of them.
