Does anyone know if Mission Impossible will be coming out on DVD, it seems that every T.V. show under the sun is coming out on DVD, this was a great show with clever scripts and a great cast.

I'm feeling withdrawl symptoms - this great show hasn't been on British TV for some time now!

I've read a few bits on places like Home Theatre Forum that MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE is perpetually one of those 'maybes' in the future. A possibility often raised is that when Tom Cruise's third film in the movie series is released, that a possible tie-in would be to release the TV series.

I bought some of the awful VHS tapes (SLP speed!) that Paramount put out in the late '90s just to get to see some of these great old shows. They're quite enjoyable in spite of the awful tape quality. DVDs would be most welcomed.
