That Paul McCartney song in which Carl Perkins cracks up at the end. Was it on "London Town"? Can't remember the name of the darn thing right now 'cause Chuck Willis music is playing in the background....

"Mystery Train," at the end when Elvis chuckles after letting out a "woooo-OOOO!"

Also, the outtake of "And Your Bird Can Sing" on Anthology 2.

Didn't Bob Dylan get the giggles on a couple of songs? One from "Bringing It All Back Home" comes to mind but I can't remember the track.

There's a very funny outtake of 'Are You Lonely Tonight' by Elvis (I can't remember where it can be found) where the backup female vocalist comes in and Elvis finds her singing to be very humorous. So humorous that he cracks up, forgets the words and starts laughing and crying. It's so funny, in fact, that it cracks me up everytime I hear it. :D

I can only imagine the number of fluffed takes due to giggles it must have taken before he made it through "Ballad of a Thin Man" or "Tombstone Blues" intact. :)

Syd Barrett's Barrett and Madcap Laughs. Er, actually, I think he had already lost it before he recorded these...

I think the Elvis giggle session was on the TV comeback special in his black leather outfit

"Gonna Buy Me a Dog" by the Monkees. Sounds like they had a great time recording that song! Complete with jokes:

"I was playing cards with the natives."
"Zulus?"
"No, I usually won."

"I wish I had a glass of water."
"Why, are you thirsty?"
"No, I want to see if my neck leaks."

dylan blew his vocal intro cue on "bob dylan's 115th dream" so badly that he collapsed into a fit of laughter.

One of the best was Clover (Huey Lewis' original band) doing an acappella version of Leiber And Stoller's "Keep On Rolling" (from the album "Love On The Wire"). The tape is left rolling and they do several attempts because singer Alex Call keeps cracking up during the song.
