I would also add that you should never try to fit a cartridge when you are feeling like a kiddie in atoy store - a couple of months back I got a new Van Den Hul Colibri - thought Christmas had come early - managed to collapse the suspension in the fitting process so I still don't know what my cartridge sounds like.:(
