Anyone do business with Mediathrill?

I ordered a few DVD's from them in June via Amazon Marketplace; 5 arrived but one didn't. My emails have been bouncing back ever since, and their website appears DOA (www.mediathrill.com). Anyone know what's going on with these guys?

A better question may be what can one do when an Amazon Marketplace vendor flakes out....any advice appreciated!
