How much room do you all have to enjoy your music? Is there a optimum room size?
Minimum?

While many prefer their areas huge (both in terms of width and distance), I personally prefer a medium to small area, due to managability factors. Besides, large areas can often be overwhemling.
In any case, try starting with a small area and moving up if you're not satisfied.
...heh.

small and big rooms have their advantages... even the biggest living rooms can fill an orchestra, but you get a very good live illusion! Try the same in a small room...
Well, if you have a small or a bigger room... the most important thing still is the acoustic treatment! Good acoustic... good sound!!!
Michael,
I agree with David somewhat. I think an ideal room size would be perhaps in akin to the power you are pushing ie. My 120 wpc would work best in a 30Lx20W carpeted, no window, no furniture room. But alas, I've got to live in the real world of a 25x12,with sort of a backwards L shape, with hardwood floors and half surrounded by windows and a glass patio door.:( I think for a minimum noticeable seperation/soundstage me thinks that you need at least 16x10 but hey, I've been wrong before. Hopefully someone knows for sure.;)
I have a 12 X 13 foot room. There is no way that I can get that changed, either. So it's nearfield listening for me!

It's now official: nobody here's crude.
Except me.
