I posted this in Off Topic Area By Mistake! Sorry
I have some of the "Music For A Bachelor's Den" Series Volumes 4,5,6, (don't know about the other volumes) say "Enhanced"? That function is usually for Computer Viewing right? Any idea how to pull up that function on the computer? While we are at it, Does anyone know of any other CDs with the "Enhanced" capability?

Hi Michael,

There are many enhanced CD's available now. In fact most new releases in the UK seem to have this tag these days. It usually contains music video or documentary footage tacked on to the end of a CD or sometimes as an additional CD. These are usually issued as "Limited Editions".

This material can be accessed by running whatever media player you have in your PC (or downloading one such as Windows Media Player from the web for free).

Once you place the CD in your PC it should run the video automatically these days...depending on your PC of course!

Some examples include: Mercury Rev "All is Dream" Ltd Editon, Nick Cave "No More Shall We Part" Ltd Edition, Elvis Costello's new album "When I Was Cruel", Madonna's "Music" 2 Cd European Ltd. Edition, Peter Gabriel's "Ovo" Ltd. Edition and many many more...

Lots to explore...;)

If your enhanced CD does not start a video immediately, try going into Windows Explorer, click on the D drive (or whatever the CD Rom drive is) and double clicking on a likely looking application. One of those should be the video..... :)
