Chef of the Future.
I don't think you can beat "A Matter of Record"....
"I act the way I do Alice because your mother is a Blaaaaaabermouth"
"I don't doubt the bills are high, but how much of the food are you getting?"
"99,000 Answer" and "My Aching Back" are right up there as well...

"zip, zip"
Don't know the episode title, but it's the one when Ralph finds the suitcase with the counterfeit money inside.
One of my favorite lines (not from this episode):
Ralph: Alice, this is the biggest thing I ever got into!
Alice: The biggest thing you ever got into is your pants!

That's probably the best line ever!

Last weekend my mother, my sister and I happened to be watching the U.S. Open. At one point one of the TV commentators mentioned a player "addressing the ball", and I naturally blurted out Norton's line...to bewildered stares from Mom and Sis. Guess they're not big "Honeymooners" fans. :o

"Opportunity Knocks But."
This is the one where Ralph and Ed play pool at Ralph's boss' house, and the boss is impressed by Ed's efficiency ideas so much that he hires Ed on as Ralph's supervisor. (Ed: "Ralph, as long as I'm with the Gotham Bus Co., you will always be a bus driver!" )

Golf and Better Living through TV. I read where Art Carney said so many things went wrong with the Better Living episode that it was one of his favorites. I wish I had a book that showed all the ad libs etc in the episodes. There is one episode where Norton comes in at the wrong time and shows Ralph his new bowling form.

Norton: Do you mind if I smoke?
Ralph: I don't care if you burn.
This is a great episode it also contains the classic:
Norton: "There ain't no key. You gotta boomf your way out."
Also the Chef of the Future episode comes to mind. At one point Ralph and Norton are rehearsing very casually and the handy-dandy house-wife helper falls apart (obviously not in the script). At that point Ralph says: "Maybe we should say something about spear fishing"
I like the Honeymooners for those off-the-cuff moments which you can spot all the time.

I also like any episode with the classic line:
"I've got a BIIIIIIGGGG MOUTH !!!!!!!!!!"
Composer of Swanee River? Homina, homina... Ed Norton?
Second favorite would be the "Better Living through Television" episode with the kitchen gadget they were trying to sell on television. It can core a apple.
Third choice would either be the "A Matter of Record" episode where they make the record for Ralph to apologize to Alice and her mother the "blabbermouth" on Norton's home disc cutter or maybe the episode where Ralph is trying to quickly learn how to play golf. Hello ball!
