I need your help, please!

I would love to own a copy of the Beach Boys Endless Summer CD on DCC. All copies on the web are used, meaning scratched. On Amazon.com all are described as "Not the gold disc" and they still want close to $30.

Does anyone have an extra copy, preferably in like new condition (no scratches or blemishes) they would be willing to sell?

Or, if not, maybe some good websites where I might find one?

Thanks for any help on this!

Brian

This used to come up on eBay at a reasonable price, but not any longer. The last one to appear on eBay was sealed and had a starting bid around $100. It was passed in.

This is one of the four I need to complete my DCC Gold collection, so I am very interested also.

Used doesn't necessarily mean scratched. I got numerous DCC discs long after they were out-of-print (Highway 61 Revisited, Parallel Lines, etc.), all were used, and were pretty new. If you're concerned about buying used, ask if there are any scratches, scuffs, etc. Most reputable places will have a money-back guarantee if the item is "not as described."

Thanks, Matt, for the help.

the problem I have run into is that I have asked if the CD is mint, perfect, free from scratches. the reply is yes!

Then I get it and it IS scratched! I'm a bit leery now. That's why i aslo asked for some reputable websites that may carry the OP DCC titles.

Do you know of any?

BT, I'll betcha that an eagle eyed poster will come across that BB title in a store like Circuit City and snap it up for you - the good folks who post here are good sports about sharing the goodies!!!

Try looking at Griffco. I have bought stuff from them in the past and I've always been satisfied.
