Are there any decent cd pressings of their albums? All thoughts are welcome.

Dave,

I have always been pretty happy with the Bill Inglot mastered comp on Rhino. Their early CD comp from Capitol was edgy and grainy. My favorite LRB is a Greatest Hits LP mastered and pressed in Australia back in the mid 80's.

Hope that helps. Listen to "The Other Guy" turned up--who says music has to be compressed?....a very dynamic cut.

One Way issued pretty much all of LRB's albums on CD, some with bonus tracks. The sound is so-so. They're all OOP now. The latest ICE reports that Collectables will reissue a two-fer of Sleeper Catcher/Time Exposure, plus bonus tracks, on May 21.

I agree with Bob, the 2-CD Rhino set is fine for casual fans.
