Today my mom stopped by and I asked her to sit in the sweet spot chair and said, "You have to hear this." She sat down protesting, "I can't hear things like you do." Then I put on "Unforgettable" and said, "Close your eyes and listen."
As Nat started singing, she started smiling. After a couple of lines, her jaw started to drop in astonishment. After about a minute she said, "I'm going to cry."
So there you have it: Mom Approved!
Thanks for an incredible job Steve - I just listened to this disc for the first time a few days ago and I will treasure it for many years. I'm going to pick up your Louvin Brothers tonight - can't wait to hear it! :)
