I'm surprised nobody's mentioned the new Coen brothers film yet. My wife and I saw it last weekend and really enjoyed it.

I thought it was hysterical. My friends are still quoting the line about "brining his b*@$h to the Waffle Hut".

This is on my must see list. Since I am so "reactive" to movies - it will be a chore to avoid the spoilers... (guess because I am posting here you can see how weak willed I am - LMAO).

I had high hopes for this movie but left disappointed. Great gospel soundtrack, but it did not tickle my funnybone (irritable bowel syndrome jokes? Yuk!) Hammy performance by Hanks, but the rest of the cast was dull, except for the sweet old lady. Rent the original British version.

There's a ticket for this movie enclosed with the new Splash (Tom Hanks) dvd. I could see this movie for free if I want to go by myself.

The original British version is great! Alex Genius and Peter Sellers. We have it on DVD as it is one of my wife's favorite movies. Many critics asked; why a remake when the original is so good? I haven't seen the new one yet though.
