This is inspired by the earlier post on Ryko gold CDs in a way:).
AFAIK, GRP released several of those with 20-bit mastering. They came in cardboard slipcases; not sure whether the inner rim numbers where the same as the regular versions.
On the two CDs in the series that I have - Lee Ritenour Wes Bound and Diane Schuur In Tribute , I remember the difference in the sound to be minimal (verging on non-existent) as compared to regular CDs of the albums on GRP.
Wonder if anybody else did this sort of comparison for these titles or other GRP gold vs. regular CDs.
