Linda Ronstadt question for Steve

Steve, I know that at one time you began and then abandoned the Heart Like A Wheel remastering project. Can you elaborate on what happened? Are the tapes unusable or have the correct masters been lost? Also, is there any chance of remastering some others in the Ronstadt catalog such as Simple Dreams? I have a copy of the Nautilus half-speed mastered version and it sounds pretty good. But every good LP deserves Hoffmanization. Wasn't that a Moody Blues title? Claus, the faked cover please!

Oh, I was so happy as I heard DCC will do this title.... too bad!

I'm sure Steve can do it... but I'm not happy with the Doug Sax remasters! I guess he had to use copies for remastering (IMO)

Steve had mentioned that the actual "Heart Like A Wheel" masters were gone, and he didn't want to use the EQ copy.

I think that later he found some of the mixes, but not everything.
