Any word about the sound quality/musical content of the MFSL Jimmy Reed cd?
How 'bout the Sonny Terry & Brownie McGhee disc?
I can get both of these fairly cheap, but was wondering if they were "good" ones or "bad" ones.

If you can get them cheap, buy them. If I recall correctly, and please correct me if I am wrong, the Jimmy Reed disk is a MoFi exclusive, so there may not be another source. I thought the Brownie might be an exclusive, but I am not so sure about that.

If Jimmy Reed is the UD1 grab it! If not you may want to possibly wait to obtain it as it is better than the UD2 counterpart. Not by alot, but still better.;)

From what i've learned here over the last few weeks, I may just grab any UD1s that i come across! ;)
