The image appears to show iTunes prominently showing off a new section, a Mixing Table targeted at DJs and DJ wannabes. You can select two songs to play at the same time, and use the equaliser to, say, use the bass beat from one and the lyrics from the other (if you are skilled enough). In a technique borrowed from Soundtrack, iTunes seems to be able to adjust the pitch and playback speed. You can either type the speed or pitch in, use the sliders, or--and this is a bit of speculation here--use the tap button (which is blank) if you're bad with numbers.
The other feature of note is the red button at the bottom-right of the window, which currently appears in iMovie--for recording audio. Presumably, clicking this button opens a recording window.
We also note the slight change in colour scheme; the Store icon is red, which suggests that iTunes 5 will have an icon with red-coloured notes, as the store icon in iTunes 4 is green, as are the notes in its icon. Lastly, the playback display is now a gray to match the rest of iTunes.
