Any comments on these vintage speakers?

Came across a used pair of these. I've always heard good things about Celestion but I've never found a vintage pair before. Only $550.00! Tempted....

And of course I have pairs of speakers in storage, etc., etc. so I don't actually need them. :rolleyes: But they've peaked my curiosity! :)

(I think I have a vintage fettish - picked up a used Heathkit SS Amp yesterday. Price was right!)

They were very highly regarded back in the 70s, from memory. My father had a pair for a while - I can't remember if they were on loan. He ultimately moved up to some IMFs. I seem to recall that the Celestions Dittons were rated as being of similar quality to Kef, which in those days was very good indeed.
