It's a 20-track compilation available in Europe. CDNOW lists it under its imports as being from Germany, but it also seems to be available in the UK (except it's listed under the label "Liberty" instead of EMI):

It came out in 2000 and is supposed to be remastered. It also has "Inside Looking Out" and Don't Bring Me Down" in addition to the Mickie Most produced EMI singles.
BTW, according to another site, that last track listed on there is actually a bonus video of "House of the Rising Sun."
