New Leica-M Macro lens

I've just seen the new Leica-M 90mm F/4 Macro lens and goggles for sale, but I just can't really grasp how they provide the best foundation for Macro photography. If anyone gets to use or buy a set I'd be very interested in hearing of your experiences.
