Hey guys. I am going to make my own silver speaker cables, so I was wondering if any of you, have done this before. I remember seeing a link here (or maybe it was on another forum), on a manufacturer of the silver wire strands. It was fairly inexpensive. Anyone know of some sites who make silver wire? Also, there were a few DIY sites on how to make them. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Silver wire is available from a number of sources. Why not buy it from the same place Ridge Street buy it? You want the raw material without middle-man markup. The only problem is that you need to buy in bulk. So get some members together in a group buy.
For small amounts of 24ga. 99.999% pure silver wire, the guy on eBay (oh.mygod) from Florida has super stuff and is very reliable.
