Interesting concept. I wonder what the fidelity is like?

Did you find a price for these anywhere GS?

They do look kind of cool.

I tried most of the quadraphonic headphones that came out, and kept the Koss, but not even those gave a ghost of front/rear spatial ambience that I could detect. Maybe my ears were pinned back too often.
Were blind tests ever conducted with quad headphones?

Does anyone make a 5.1 channel headphone amplifier? It might be interesting, since my music system is 2 channel, to hook my Sony SCD-XA777Es directly to a 5.1 channel headphone amp and try these so I can experience surround from my SACD collection.

The picture out on the Zalman web site shows plugging them into three (3) headphone jacks on a PC aound card or 5.1 channel headphone amplifier.

Here's the hookup instructions. Seems you need an amp sold seperately (of course)

http://www.zalman.co.kr/english/product/ZM-RS6F.htm

The phones have 3 jacks which hook into the fromt of the 5.1 amp (sold seperately, of course) which connect to your Mch receiver.
