Why would there be a little round white sticker on the label that has Test 017 handwritten on it ??
Is this from a store who played it to "test" it or what ?

Between the A2 and the B2 looks like something had been scratched out between the letter and the number.
Got it in a plain white cardboard jacket w/plain white sleeve, w/a Jacket along w/it that the Cardboard does not fit into......Jacket is MSFL w/OMR, no serial #......
