OK. I'm reminded of a Rolling Stone article from around 1978-79 profiling Neil Young. In the article it said that Neil had recorded a theme album. All the songs he wrote, he took from other famous song titles. But the songs were different. The two songs I remember were Born To Run and Green Sleeves.
Let's come up with a list of songs that have the same title but are different. In most cases they will have been recorded by different artists, except in the case of the DC5.
I'll start with a few.
Everybody Knows (I Still Love You) - Dave Clark Five
Everybody Knows - Dave Clark Five
All Night Long - Dave Clark Five
All Night Long - Lionel Ritchie
This next song title might be one of the more popular as there are several different songs with this title.
Call Me - Petula Clark / Shirley Bassey
Call Me - Johnny Mathis
Call Me - Blondie
Call Me - Diamond Head (U.K. hard rock band from the early 1980s on MCA)
Call Me - Skyye
Break Away - Beach Boys
Break Away - Art Garfunkel
There Is Always Something There To Remind Me - Sandie Shaw/ Naked Eyes
There Is Always Something There To Remind Me - Housemartins
Jet Airliner - Steve Miller Band
Jet Airliner - Modern Talking
Brother Louie - Hot Chocolate / The Stories
Brother Louie - Modern Talking
When I heard these two Modern Talking songs in the early 1990s when I was in music retail, I fell about the floor laughing. I initially thought the two songs were cover tunes of the more well known songs.
Turn Me Loose - Fabian / Dion
Turn Me Loose - Loverboy
Twilight Zone - TV theme song - Grateful Dead
Twilight Zone - Golden Earring
I know. Bit of a stretch. :)
Close but no cigar.
Fight For Your Right To Party - Beastie Boys
Party For Your Right To Fight - Public Enemy
Off the top of my head "Dancing in the Dark" was a repeated title of a hit from, I think, the 30s or 40s.

Rattlesnake Shake - Motley Crue
Rattlesnake Shake - Skid Row
are not only completely different songs, but a fairly unusual title...
Reach For The Sky - Firehouse
Reach For The Sky - Slaughter
were both popular at about the same time.
Cowgirl - Underworld
Cowgirl - Sons Of Angels
one electronica, one metal, both good...

I know of two recent versions:
Bruce Springsteen (obviously) and Kim Wilde.
Although, Kim's song never officially made it to the states since her third LP was never released domestically (just like her second one before that never had a US release).

There is also a Fleetwood Mac song from their early blues days called "Rattlesnake Shake". One of the above may be a cover of that song.
