My new stereo system is almost compete with the addition of a Rega Planet 2000 cd player. This is one great player!! My goal was to make make all of my normal Rock/Punk/New Wave cds sound less harsh and more musical, and I"m ver happy with the Rega. I listened to the Cramp's "Bad Music for Bad People" last night and It was musical and very listenable, which is a challenge when there are only drums, vocals, and 2 guitars (no bass at all). There was even seperation between the instruments that I've never heard before. My old Kenwood player is now in my son's room (along with the rest of my old system!)
All of my old cds are new again!

Congrats! I have the same opinion of my Planet 2000 and Mr. Ben also has nice things to say 'bout his Regas.
Enjoy,

True, true!
I love my Planet 2000 and, of course, the P25 is the King of the Listening Room!
