I was wondering about those Matrixquad cds... how do they sound? I was thinking about getting some possibly. Thanks

1) They're clean transfers. No apparent wow or flutter or audible tape hiss.

2) Those from 8-tracks are almost MP3 in their resolution but aren't warped as commonly plagues this format.

3) Both are lean on the bass but much of that can be rectified my boosting your subwoofer output.

4) Don't forget that these are quadraphonic transfers. There's no center channel signal data encoded on the DTS format.
