Dang me.
I'd have to say Johnny had a REAL GOOD record last time. I'd love to hear another record from him real soon. He hasn't aged a bit in my eye. Timeless, talented and I love his sound, always will.

Searching amazon.de for his name results in 193 hits in the music category and 2 hits under DVD. It´s hard to know where to start. I do have the DCC CD "Sunday morning coming down", and I like it, in particular the first song "Folsom Prison Blues". This is an incredible live performance. I´m going to get the entire concert next.

Petzi, I REALLY loved "American III Solitary Man". I bought it on USA vinyl, not sure if it was pressed as an LP in Germany. It's initimate, beautiful and honest as a live/in studio recording can get. Wonderful stuff. 1/2 or so were covers, but to hear him doing Tom Petty and I think he did a duet with Sheryl Crow (?) on that record. Wow.
American III Solitary Man. Yes indeed a great record. The CD is very good, but the LP was an emotional experience. I'd highly recommend the other two he did with Rick Rubin. The vinyl is out of print but the CDs are also very good.
The other two are Johnny Cash Unchained (won a Grammy) and Johnny Cash American Recordings.

The two live prison albums (At Folsom Prison and At San Quentin) are the best places to start with Johnny Cash.
I'm still sorry I wasn't at San Quentin in 1969.:(
