I haven't been around long enought to assess the content, but the bulletin board software is the best I've come across. I like the way it tells me when I log in which messages are new. So a 10 for a top-notch system.

I look forward to getting a handle on the content.

Gotta also rate it a high 10. Tehnical information is excellent - and opinions come from a informed viewpoint. Disagreements between board members seemed to be resolved quickly and with the ideal of "we just agree to disagree".

My favorite site on the net by far - some of my other bookmarks are so lonely these days.

I'd give this site about a 98. It has a good beat and it's easy to dance to.

Honestly, this site is the best if you want to discuss music and recordings in an open forum with some of the most knowledgable people I've ever had the pleasure to speak with. And best of all you can now read Tom Port's opinions on a miriad of topics and save ten cents a minute. Previously, you had to call Better Records and order something to get this sort of ranting.

Tom - For the record, I don't care what they say, I really enjoy your posts. Even when I don't agree with you it's interesting to hear your opinions. For some reason though, I get the feeling you argue with yourself when no one else is around! :)

I would give it a 10! Of course it would translate to a 7, so I have to take the Peter Mew factor off a la No-Noise which bumps it to a 9, then if I get rid of the Astley thinness it comes out at a wopping, full strength 10!!!!!!!!!!
