Internal DVD Burners... whatcha got??

I am in the market for a DVD Burner for my computer. I want to get a DVD burner for file backup and perhaps for future music discs. Any of them better than the others. I saw a Sony that does dvd-r/dvd+r/dvd-rw/dvd+rw for about $300 that looks kind of cool. Any suggestions would be most helpful. I would like to stay in the $200-300 range if possible. Thanks.

HP DVD 200i I paid $109 for it.

Runs and burns like a dream. Play, record, it's great.

I would get a HP also if getting one today. When I got mine I wanted -R so I got a Pioneer A05U for $269.

All my previous CD burners have been HP before and I love them. I still have a 16x and it is fantastic.
