Have we done this one before? If not here goes...
I can think of three off the top of my head:

"Hurts, doesn't it?" Sundance Kid in Butch Cassidy

"I'm not bad; I'm just drawn that way" Jessica Rabbit in Roger Rabbit

"Don't be a guy...be a man" "Lili Taylor in Say Anything

I expect some killer quotes.
Hit me back~!

Peace,
Norm

Beatlelennon65 has this in his signature. It's one of my favorite movie quotes. It's from Fear and Loathing In Las Vegas.

"I'm just admiring the shape of your skull."

There's also many more in Big Lebowski. Pluck any line from that flick.

Sorry to be a pedant Dave, but no-one said that in Casablanca.

The closest was when Ilsa says "Play it Sam. Play As Time Goes By"

and when Bogie says "You played it for her and you can play it for me. Now play it".

(That's from memory so it could be a little out)

I'm sorry Norm, I'm afraid I can't do that.

Just one?

A diamond from a movie that many do not take seriously, but it is a great movie indeed: Robocop.

At the start of the movie, there's a demo of the 100% robot policeman at a top-level meeting. The robot goes berserk and kills an employee and absolutely destroys the room. The CEO looks at the vice-president in charge of the project and says "I am VERY disappointed".

Woody Allen's LOVE AND DEATH has a lifetime's worth of great funny lines:

Count: "Shall we say pistols at dawn?"
Woody: "We can say it...I don't know what it means, but we can say it."

Countess: "You are the best lover I have ever had."
Woody: "Well, I practice a lot when I'm alone."

In bed, Woody reaches over to embrace new wife Diane Keaton.
She says: "Not here..."

Love and Death is my favorite comedy of all time.

Diane: "Of course there's a God! We're made in his image!"
Woody: "Come on, you think God wears glasses?"
Diane: "Not with those frames."

Woody: "There are things worse than death. If you've ever spent the evening with an insurance salesman, you know exactly what I'm talking about."

I had to look it up on the Internet Movie Database, but by golly, I found it:

Lt. Frank Drebin: "I couldn't believe it was her. It was like a dream. But there she was, just as I remembered her. That delicately beautiful face. A body that could melt a cheese sandwich from across the room. And breasts that seemed to say... 'Hey! Look at these!' She made you want to drop to your knees and thank God you were a man! She reminded me of my mother, all right. No doubt about it."
