I have not heard anything more specific than "by the end of the year", which would mean November of December since Paramount seems to have officially announced most of their titles through October.

In terms of the work that went into creating this SE, if what I have heard is true, the time spent waiting for it should be worth it, and most folks will be glad they did not rush it out earlier. In other words, Paramount was not just twiddling their thumbs waiting for a nice release date to promote it. :)
