Anyone here had experience with this DAC over a long enough period and under known conditions to be able to form an opinion of its sound quality?
Any info would be appreciated.

Yep Dave, that's the one. I have their pre-amp and like it very much.

Wish I could help. It looks pretty cool. Is there anyway you can possibly try it out in your system as long as they know that you're serious in regards to a purchase if you like it?

Getting hold of one is no problem. I just want to get some feedback from some who have had experience with it. If I decide to go that route I definitely will try it out.

I am also toying with the idea of their AMP11-AC HP(High Performance).

I wonder what is the price. I should need myself a decent DAC, but it may not be too expensive …
Perhaps 400–500 dollars. If there are any at this price.
How about M-AUDIO SUPER DAC 2496?

The 'new' Accustic Arts DAC 1 lists for $4400 CAN or $3200 US. for the single ended version.
