Just puchased the DVD A version of Fleetwood Mac's "Rumours."
I've been listening to the high rez stereo mix since I don't have a surround sound setup.
In comparison to the stock CD version, this version is much improved with better bass extension and greater resolution.
The dics also includes stiil pictures of the band and song by song commentaries as part of the bonus extras.
Any comments on this title?:)
I have owned this disc for several months and it indeed sounds great. The multi-channel mix is a remix and sounds very different in places, but it is worth a listen if you get a chance.

I don't have a DVD-A player, but I could hear the commentaries on my DVD player, right?

I've had it for awhile. It does sound better than the CD. But I wish it was on SACD. And yes I have a DVD-A player. SACD's just sound more real.

Excellent sound. Especially since the regular CD issue(s) leave a whole lot to be desired.
It is good. One of the better DVD-A releases. The surround mix is fairly tasteful.

Rumours is indeed a very fine DVD-A. The commentary part is great in that in surround, the front has the commentary and the rear speakers have instrumental tracks and outtakes. Now if they would just do DVD-A versions of Then Play On, Mystery To Me, Bare Trees and the 'White' Album.....I never tire of those titles....
