AAD C-200 vs. Paradigim Titans

Who wins when it comes bookself speakers? They're both about the same price but I was told today that the AAD's have a better range and bass.

I haven't heard the AAD's, but I have listened to the Paradigm Titans which I think are very good. The one caveat that I have (and I'm sure most people on this forum would agree) is that speakers are a highly personal choice, what you like someone else may hate because we all perceive sound differently. (This holds true at almost every price point too). Under no circumstances should you buy a speaker unless you have listened to it (would you buy a car without a test drive?). The best thing you can do is to try the speakers in your listening room and see how they sound in there. If the store won't let you take them for a test listen, find out what their return policy is before you plunk down your hard-earned cash. Just remember, you're the one who will be listening to them for the next several years, and it is what you think that matters most.
