Today I come across a Linear design turntable (I think it was DB-320). It is only $45. It has the subchassis suspended and needs a new needle.
Does anyone have information on this table.

A linear tracking turntable is the finest way to track a record, as it mimicks the way the record was cut. The problem is that if a linear tracking turntable is poorly designed, old(with worn parts, gears, bearings, etc), or not adjusted properly, it can do more damage to the grooves than a standard tonearm. I would personally recommend avoiding an older, second hand linear tracking table.

It is not a linear tracking table. The brand is "Linear Design". It is a conventional turntable.
