Peter Gabriel remasters--In Feb??

I'm very curious I read on the official Peter Gabriel website that they are using "the newest technologies" to remaster his catalog. They mentioned SACD, DVD-A, and even vinyl, but in very general terms.
My PG greatest hits and Security CD's have been played to death. To me, they are the marriage of great musical content and great musical recording. They were very ambigous of the methods they will use to remaster. Maybe someone else has more info?

I saw a pre-order price on "Shaking the Tree" (remastered) for around $22.00 somewhere recently. Makes one think it might be SACD?

Ah, Peter Gabriel, the first CD I heard on a cd player($1000 Sony) background was like a curtin was drawn, and went away feeling like I had been slipped something. It just didn"t SOUND RIGHT.

Too bad they can't retitle it and call it "Seventeen Golden Greats" by adding "Digging in the Dirt."

Nah, Andrew, they need to add "In Your Eyes"! or at least replace one of the nonessential So tracks. That was a sin of omission!
