Great fifties Air Force film with Rock Hudson. He did a great job. Anyone else really like this film?

My dad took me to the theater to see this one. He was an Air Force Lieutenant Colonel, he didn't like it which is about all I remember except that it was boring. I recall where I lived when I saw it so it was in theaters in 1963 or 1964, Dad was stationed at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base at that time, I was 11 or 12, and I might give it another chance at some point.

That was by Tom Lehrer and is, I understand, the ONLY song ever written by him and ever publicly released not on the 3 CD anthology he put out awhile back.
