since bob ludwig has had a crack at the roxy music/bryan ferry catalogs, how about steve hoffman remastering the first four brian eno albums?

here come the war jets (1973)
taking tiger mountain (by strategy) (1974)
another green world (1975)
before and after science (1977)

the individual CDs were issued by EG/caroline in the late 80's, but the remastered vocal/instrumental box sets from the early 90's that virgin put out easily bettered them.

it would be nice, however, to have the individual titles remastered as well.

thanks for your consideration.

later, chris

Christopher,
I'm still learning my way through Eno, but one of the most stunning, ethereal introductions to his music can be found on the soundtrack of "For All Mankind". It's a movie about the Apollo space program and I can't imagine a better composer/artist for this theme. After I saw this film, I started trying to find all of the individual pieces a few of which are on "Apollo Atmospheres & Soundtracks" as well as on "Music for Films III". His collaborations with David Bowie and Phillip Glass have been interesting too.
