I need to find out who the artist and the title of this painting.

When I right-click the picture and select properties, I get the following URL:

If nobody here knows the answer, maybe "Big Jets Fan" at that message board can answer your question?

He is trying to get a bunch of us to figure it out, but none of us there are the "museum" type. All we know is the artist is still alive, and relatively famous.
