Wow! That last one is just freakin' awesome. I never envisioned Hulk to be as large as he seems compared to the man in that last pic. Looks cool. Thanks Robert!

woa..... holy 3 d animation, Batman......
Robert, do you, or anyone for that matter, have any knowledge as to the 2 previous "size and ultra-menacing appearance" questions as those are interesting? I don't ever remember seeing the Hulk look that large before.

They have taken "incredible" to a bit of an extreme...

Isn't he that large in the comic books? At least, more recently? Regardless, The Hulk's size is quite "Incredible."
What? You guys don't like puns?

Looks to be a King Kong for the 21st century....large files, perhaps, Robert, but also very vivid; it should look so good in my local theater when the time comes(yeah, right!)
Is the new Matrix film coming out this week? If so, I feel a party coming on, as I don't know a single person who ISN'T going to that one on opening night...

May 15, Ed. Kind of odd; I don't remember a movie ever opening on a Thursday.

Thanks, Brad; can't remember going to a Thursday opening EVER, but there's a first time for everything, and this looks to be it....the studio has to have a lot of confidence in this one; normally, as my sister pointed out, they'd save something like this for Memorial Day weekend. Looks to be set up as the biggest instant moneymaker in world history, and they might be right.
Full Moon that night, too.....

Dave, the Hulk should be a bit larger than a normal human, they've just never been able to do that with any kind of ease before (ie the Bill Bixby version.) It doesn't help that through the years different artists have drawn him at different sizes to fit their interpretations. Personally, I love that they made him so huge. After all, who wants a dinky Hulk?
Ed, I found these images elsewhere on the web and 3 of the 4 were excessively dark, in my opinion. I may have overly brightened the last animated GIF, but without a point of reference it is hard to say. Have a look at one of the original files. Considering it's broad daylight, I safely assumed it was too dark, even for San Francisco...

Yikes! You know, Robert, that's probably just the hue I'll get in the theater for that....it'll be all wrong. I think your redo at the top is what it should look like; and, as I pointed out, you also made the backgrounds quite vivid and sharp, as if you had taken a photograph from an apartment balcony or something; very nicely done.
I'm not sure about the Hulk's size, given those preview shots; he would seem to me to be a tad large, hence my reference to King Kong. We'll have to wait and see, but the bottom shot suggests the perspective of the Hulk's size might change depending on whether he's inside or outside. At least it looks like the Hulk; no major alterations to the spirit of the comic character. And it's true that every artist brought something different to his dimensions and size, so in a movie version it probably doesn't matter about size as long as the green brute looks imposing, and he is surely that!

Watching that trailer I see why people hate CGI. Those digital dogs look terrible. The Hulk looks very "digital" in many shots himself, but something tells me that much like "King Kong" and "Mighty Joe Young" with their fake stop-motion movements, if his character is there, many people will buy it. But there will also be heavy detractors.
I agree. Overall, it looks cool to me!

true.... I kinda like just seeing where we can take cgi. It has come a very long way...
The part where the Hulk throws that tank looked real fake (maybe it moved too fluidly, I don't know), but otherwise, pretty good.
The Hulk seems to be about the right size, if I can recall my comic book collecting days. As big as Ferringo is/was, the Hulk in the comics was more massive.

I was never a comic fan... a fan of the cartoons of comic books yes... Got into a Batman Phase after the move came out,, but it only lasted for about a year...
