They follow up 2 great 60s releases, Get Smart and Man from UNCLE, with some Ghostbusters cartoon? What the hell? All of the great shows in the Warner vault and this is what they come up with? Sheesh.

If it's the "Real Ghostbusters" from my '80s Saturday morning, I am in cartoon heaven. I loved that stuff. :P

I used to watch the 70s live action Ghost Busters. Was that a Sid and Marty Kroft production?

Ghostbusters was in the 80s....a spinoff of the movie....and some of the episodes were great.....the one with the thing in the closet was scary and amazing.

Follow the money. This is a watershed. I think my demographic has just been marginalized!
I loved The Real Ghostbusters. I was glued to my TV every Saturday morning, and collected the action figures. I'll probably pick this up!

I was past Saturday morning cartoons by that time (not past cartoons, just past getting up on Saturday mornings before noon). The show I watched was also turned into an animated show at the same time by Filmation, and marketed as The Ghostbusters.

That's the one with the old-timey car they had to crank up in the front to start.

I think they drove a Model A in the live action version. It could have been a T (it's been a long time). It's a T in the cartoon you linked to.
The live action show starred the main guys from F-Troop.

This is an excellent cartoon. It was written much better than typical Saturday morning fare(at least for the earlier episodes).
