Title says it all... can be viewed here (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qYOMPU18QjA). More info here (http://www.tomwaitslibrary.com/extras/commercial.html).

I pass no judgment. About an hour ago I produced a grocery store ad for a locally owned chain... ("Double those coupons up to 99 cents!..." :hurl:). I'd kill for pipes like his... actually, I'd have to slowly kill myself for a voice like that - with tobacco and other fine liquors... :D

Is it him for sure? Even if it is, who cares. it's just his voice. He's not endorsing it or prancing around dressed like a puppy.

Why not go for the real thing? If he didn't get the job, they probably would have used someone with a similar voice.

He did this commercial in 1981, so probably not. He couldn't get arrested in 1981, which is why did this commercial, I think.

That happened once...the Cheet-o's commercial. Tom won that lawsuit. It was a precedent. No one had one a "soundalike" suit before.
