Anybody know what the deal is with the various versions of this set available for pre-order on Amazon (Fan Pak, Brilliant Box, Amaray) http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_ss_d/002-9128299-3143238?url=search-alias%3Ddvd&field-keywords=Zappa+Plays+Zappa
The Fan Pak appears to have three unspecified extra discs and it's not clear (to me) what the difference is between the (two disc) Brilliant Box set and the Amaray set except maybe packaging?
The Amaray set is nearly twice the price of the Brilliant Box set so I have to wonder what might be so desireable about the Amaray version.
Unless I'm missing something I'm not finding any mention of these at zappa.com or barfkoswill....
