Saw this one tonight and can recommend it. Directed well by Roger Donaldson and another good performance by Jason Statham. Good twists and turns in the storyline and based on a true story as well.

We're going to see it Sunday afternoon. I'm excited... there aren't exactly a plethora of movies worth seeing in the first few months of the year so you have to jump on the good ones as soon as possible. :goodie:

I agree Greg...slim pickings lately in movies.

I finally saw this movie last night, and was surprised by how much I enjoyed it. It's almost two hours, but I was absorbed from the beginning and didn't check my watch (well, once). I like how it morphs from a heist caper to a gritty politicized thriller - it's got multiple storylines and characters that the movie takes about 30 minutes to establish - and how Jason Statham gave a solid performance without resorting to arse-kicking action moves more than once.
