Just finished uploading the latest discog.

Steve sent me lists of Razor & Tie, MCA LPs, and DCC LPs, as well as going through and confirming nearly all entries, so things should be fairly accurate.

The organization has changed a little, with the addition of separate MCA, Razor & Tie, and Miscellaneous sections.

Also... Steve blessed the discog with the "Official" stamp! Whoo hoo! :)

For those of us that have trouble remembering what they had for supper (well, OK - ME, then!).... please post the web address.

Thanks.

George. No, Fred. Ummmm Gabe? Wait, lets see.... I'll check... Genuine Imitation Cowhide!

Thanks,
Genuine.

Shouldn't there be a couple more Elton John MCA CDs. Steve?

Also, "Benatar" is misspelled. Not being critical, just trying to help. ;)

GREAT JOB!!!

On the MCA and BMG/Razor stuff, would it be possible to list the titles that are in or out of print at some point?

Just a suggestion.

Some possible additions and questions/comments:

Jimi Hendrix - The Early Years (on the "Big Ear" label, I suppose a subsidiary of DCC) not done by Steve

Click here to see the cover. (http://www.dcccompactclassics.com/framemain-aug.html)

Merle Haggard is listed for "It's All in the Game" on that same page, but the link takes you to "THAT'S THE WAY LOVE GOES."

I don't think you have John Coltrane - Exotica (DZS 012) (http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1475359487) listed.

Also, I didn't see the very first DCC CD listed. It's some kind of Beatles symphonic CD (pre-Steve, obviously). I don't know the name/catalog #, but I bet Steve can give it to you.

I also notice a couple of CD singles listed on ebay. For example:

Harry Chapin (http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1475713226)

Ray Charles (http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1474575772)

Was there only one DCC gold promo sampler?

BTW, CD NOW lists that Strauss title for CD and vinyl.

See here. (http://cdnow.com/cgi-bin/mserver/SID=487995276/pagename=/RP/CDN/FIND/album.html/itemid=393445)

I didn't see this one listed:

And I think DZS-104 is supposed to be subtitled "A Woman & A Man."

I've added the rest to my "to find out more about" list.

I think the comments for the second DCC disk "Produced by 10cc Recorded and Mixed by Eric Stewart Engineered for Compact Disc by Steve Hoffman" should apply to DZS-053 rather than "Know What I Mean?"

The pages aren't rendered perfectly by all browsers. I use Opera, a superb, very fast, free Web browser from Europe, and the pages are not as well drawn as in IE. You may want to check for yourself. You can download from www.opera.com. (http://www.opera.com.)

Doh! Nice catch... it's fixed.

Regarding Opera, I'll give it a try.

I'm using Dreamweaver to create the pages, so there may not be much I can do to fix it (the pages are large enough (one is over 200k!) that I'm not terribly inclined to go hacking them by hand).

BTW, about a year ago I made Opera my main browser, but gave up because of the number of websites that didn't render properly. I fully realize that Opera is probably not at fault, rather Microsoft is to blame for bending the HTML spec to their whim, but such is life with a monopoly!

Not to pick nits, but I notice there are still 2 or 3 Razor and Tie discs listed in the MCA section...

I think I mentioned this before, but Steve mastered my copy of "Super 70's" - Razor & Tie DR 7076. It's a 2CD set.

Here's the link from MusicSpace:
Super '70s (http://www.musicspace.com/product.asp?catalog%5Fname=musicspace&category%5Fname=70s&product%5Fid=MS0378)
